Horseshoe Trophy 2018

The Horseshoe Trophy is an interclub battle between, Chard, Sidmouth, Honiton and Exmouth Photo Group. Each club enter 10 images, 5 Prints and 5 Digital Images. The prints required each year must fit the following categories: Mono, Closeup, Landscape, Nature and Portrait. Each year different categories are chosen for the digital images, this year they are Country Life, Different Perspectives, In the Dark, Movement, Textures

This event was held at Kilmington Village Hall, Killmington, Whitford Road, Kilmington, Devon, EX13 7RF on the 15th March 2018 at 7.30 pm hosted by Sidmouth. The results were 1st Chard with 32 points (prints gained 15 prints and digital 17 )2nd Exmouth, with 27 points (prints gained 16 points and digital 11 points, 3rd Sidmouth with 25 points (prints gained 13 points and digital 12 points) and 4th Honiton with 16 points (prints gained 6 points and digital 10 points).

Below the images we entered with the placings we obtained. The judge was George Reekie who did an excellent job, his comments were very constructive.

Prints
