Entries can be received from 31st January 2021
Closing date is 30th April 2021.
Remote Judging Completed 30th May 2021
Public Show of Awards and Acceptances 5th June 2021
Results emailed and published on website 19th June 2021.
Entry being £8 for one entry or £12 for two entries.
Entry to the Zoom Meeting is free to all entrants and will cost £3 to all guests/non entrants.

STEP 2 - Fiche/Entry Form - Fill in the Fiche which can be downloaded by clicking here
STEP 3 - Payment can be made via Pay Pal or Bank Transfer:
Sequence entries cost £8 for one entry or £12 for two entries.
Non Entrants/Guests will be £3 to join the Zoom meeting, please pay via Pay Pal or Bank Transfer and confirm via email to in order to receive a Zoom link.

Payment from South African entrants is R135 for one entry and R200 for two

No cash deposits please. Please include proof of payment with your entry form. Entries without full
payment will not be judged.
STEP 4 - Sequence Entry - Please send your Fiche/Entry and Payment Confirmation to the EPG AV Competition Organiser firstname.lastname@example.org. You can either submit your entry on a CD-ROM to Ian Bateman 22 Phillipps Avenue, Exmouth, EX83HZ, UK or via electronic transfer using WeTransfer which is the preferred method.
STEP 5 - Confirmation - You will receive an email to confirm safe receipt.
The Competition Judging Day on Saturday, 5 June 2021 will take place on-line and will be free to all entrants. A small charge of £3 to be made for guests/non entrants. The Results and Catalogue will be available from 19th June 2021.
All entries will be judged but time may not allow all the sequences to be shown on the Judging Day. Every effort will be done to show at least one entry from all entrants.
